Jeremy Kwaterski is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in the retail franchise industry. He is highly skilled in negotiation, operations management, sales, retail, and entrepreneurship, with a strong track record of identifying emerging trends and technologies in the market.

As the original founder and CEO of CPR Cell Phone Repair, Jeremy played a pivotal role in shaping the repair industry. Driven by his passion for innovation and excellence in repair services, he sold CPR in 2013 and founded Repairs First Association (RFA), the industry’s first association and buying group for repair shops.

Jeremy is also the Executive Director of the Gadget Repair Expo, North America’s only conference dedicated exclusively to the repair industry.

Through this platform, he brings together repair professionals to share knowledge, discover innovations, and foster growth within the industry.

In addition to owning multiple cell phone repair locations in Georgia, Jeremy serves as a director of RFA, where he provides expert consulting on business operations, financing, and unit sales, helping repair businesses achieve profitability and growth.

Outside of the repair industry, Jeremy is an avid car enthusiast and entrepreneur. He also owns a hot air balloon company that organizes and manages balloon festivals across the southeastern United States, bringing communities together through unique and memorable experiences.
